1st Run post Calf Strain

My first run post a calf injury that I picked up during a run just under 2 weeks ago; I’ve rested it a fair bit and been doing some calf raises and other exercise given to me by the company physio – so with calf support on I went for a short run around the local farm as a test.


All seemed good during the run – a little tight maybe and it’s a bit sore now, but more of a stiffness than a pain, so hopefully some deep massage and rolling will keep me moving.
